Medzi tak\u00e9to ryby patria aj p\u013a\u017ee, konkr\u00e9tne z\u00e1stupcovia rodu <em>Cobitis<\/em>. Tieto ryby \u017eij\u00fa na dne riek a v Eur\u00f3pe dorastaj\u00fa maxim\u00e1lne do 13 cm. Tak\u017ee by sme sa z\u00a0nich ve\u013emi nenajedli&#8230; a asi preto ich prehliadame&#8230; No nie v\u0161etci! Pre\u00a0vedcov z\u00a0na\u0161ej katedry predstavuj\u00fa ve\u013emi zauj\u00edmav\u00fd objekt v\u00fdskumu. Nezauj\u00edmame sa samozrejme ich gastronomick\u00fa vhodnos\u0165 \u010di nevhodnos\u0165, n\u00e1s zauj\u00edma ich rozmno\u017eovanie. A\u00a0to je tak trochu o\u00a0\u201esexe\u201c ale aj\u00a0o \u201easexe\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Po\u010fme ale pekne poporiadku. Be\u017en\u00fd druh ryby, napr\u00edklad tak\u00fd kapor je typick\u00fdm gonochoristom, teda mamka kapor a\u00a0tatko kapor maj\u00fa spolu mal\u00e9 kapr\u00edky. Ke\u010f sa ale bli\u017e\u0161ie pozrieme na rodinku p\u013a\u017eov, tak jednoduch\u00e9 rozdelenie na matku, otca a\u00a0deti tu u\u017e nie je. Niektor\u00e9 popul\u00e1cie p\u013a\u017eov s\u00fa tvoren\u00e9 aj asexu\u00e1lne sa rozmno\u017euj\u00facimi jedincami \u2013 odborne sa naz\u00fdvaj\u00fa polyploidn\u00e9 hybridy. Vedeck\u00e9 vysvetlenie tohto term\u00ednu znie asi takto: s\u00fa to jedince, ktor\u00e9 vznikaj\u00fa hybridiz\u00e1ciou (kr\u00ed\u017een\u00edm) dvoch druhov p\u013a\u017eov. Hybridn\u00e9 potomstvo tak disponuje gen\u00f3mom, ktor\u00fd obsahuje dve sady chromoz\u00f3mov, naviac od dvoch druhov p\u013a\u017eov. Hybridn\u00e9 jedince, ktor\u00e9 pre\u017eij\u00fa, sa znova neresia s jedincami in\u00fdch druhov p\u013a\u017eov a m\u00f4\u017eu tak pribera\u0165 \u010fal\u0161iu chromoz\u00f3mov\u00fa sadu. V\u00fdsledkom s\u00fa polyploidn\u00e9 jedince (zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a samice) disponuj\u00face 3 a\u017e 4 sadami chromoz\u00f3mov od troch druhov p\u013a\u017eov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zd\u00e1 sa v\u00e1m to komplikovan\u00e9? E\u0161te nie? Tak pokra\u010dujeme \u010falej&#8230; Polyploidn\u00e9 samice s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 \u010falej sa rozmno\u017eova\u0165 asexu\u00e1lnym sp\u00f4sobom &#8211; gynogen\u00e9zou. Gynogen\u00e9za je sp\u00f4sob rozmno\u017eovania, pri ktorom samica vyu\u017e\u00edva spermie samca na aktiv\u00e1ciu v\u00fdvinu vlastn\u00fdch vaj\u00ed\u010dok. Genetick\u00e1 inform\u00e1cia spermie v\u0161ak do vaj\u00ed\u010dka nevstupuje. Tieto samice vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vlastn\u00e9 sexu\u00e1lne mimikry (maskovanie) a preto ich samec nevie odl\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 od sexu\u00e1lne sa rozmno\u017euj\u00facich sam\u00edc vlastn\u00e9ho druhu. A\u00a0tak samec, ktor\u00fd vynalo\u017eil energiu na dospievanie a neresil sa s touto samicou, nezanech\u00e1va v potomstve svoju genetick\u00fa inform\u00e1ciu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No a\u00a0teraz si t\u00fa \u201egynoneviem\u010do\u201c zjednodu\u0161\u00edme&#8230; Samica stretne samca a logicky by sme o\u010dak\u00e1vali, \u017ee potomstvo bude tak trochu po \u201emamke\u201c a\u00a0tak trochu po \u201etatkovi\u201c. Ale nie je tomu tak. Iba samica sa st\u00e1va \u201epravou matkou\u201c, jej potomstvo je vlastne klonom jej samej.\u00a0Samec, ktor\u00fd mal by\u0165 otcom, odpl\u00e1va s\u00a0dlh\u00fdm nosom (alebo plutvou?). Aj ke\u010f sa sna\u017eil (potomstvo s\u00edce nebude po po\u0161t\u00e1rovi), ale nebude ani po tatkovi. Nenaplnil svoje \u017eivotn\u00e9 poslanie. Mysl\u00ed si, \u017ee svoju \u00falohu splnil, ale svoje g\u00e9ny neodovzdal. Svojej partnerke posl\u00fa\u017eil, ako stimul pre jej vlastn\u00fa reprodukciu. E\u0161te dobre, \u017ee nie sme p\u013a\u017ee a\u00a0\u017eeny n\u00e1s potrebuj\u00fa a my ich tie\u017e&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V povodiach Dunaja na \u00fazem\u00ed Bulharska, spolu takto koexistuj\u00fa tri druhy p\u013a\u017eov, ktor\u00e9 vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 polyploidn\u00e9 hybridy. Ako v\u0161etci dobre vieme, ekol\u00f3gia nie je veda o trieden\u00ed a recykl\u00e1cii odpadov, ale je to veda o\u00a0vz\u00e1jomn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch organizmov a prostredia, v ktorom sa vyskytuj\u00fa. A\u00a0preto n\u00e1s nezauj\u00edma iba \u201esex\u201c \u010di \u201easex\u201c. Zauj\u00edmaj\u00fa n\u00e1s najm\u00e4 vz\u0165ahy p\u013a\u017eov k vybran\u00fdm abiotick\u00fdm faktorom vodn\u00e9ho prostredia. Jednak na \u00farovni druhov, ale hlavne koexistencia sexu\u00e1lnych a\u00a0asexu\u00e1lnych (klon\u00e1lnych) l\u00edni\u00ed. Preto tu vznik\u00e1 mno\u017estvo ot\u00e1zok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Konkuruj\u00fa si tieto jedince medzi sebou?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ak\u00e1 je ich distrib\u00facia v r\u00e1mci habit\u00e1tov, ktor\u00e9 os\u00edd\u013euj\u00fa?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kto je v konkuren\u010dnom boji efekt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ak\u00e9 je rozp\u00e4tie abiotick\u00fdch faktorov, v\u00a0ktor\u00fdch p\u013a\u017ee alebo ich hybridy dok\u00e1\u017eu realizova\u0165 svoju ekologick\u00fa niku?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To v\u0161etko s\u00fa ot\u00e1zky, na ktor\u00e9 sa sna\u017e\u00edme n\u00e1js\u0165 aspo\u0148 \u010diasto\u010dn\u00fa odpove\u010f&#8230;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_146\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-146\" style=\"width: 660px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-146 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.fhpv.unipo.sk\/ecologistsnotebooks\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/3-1024x742.jpg\" alt=\"Lovn\u00e1 skupina odoberaj\u00faca vzorky z rieky Dunaj pri meste Ruse. Ichtyologick\u00fd prieskum realizovali \u010dlenovia katedry Ekol\u00f3gie PU, \u010deskej a bulharskej akad\u00e9mie vied<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A \u010do praktick\u00fd v\u00fdznam t\u00fdchto \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed? Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 \u00fania ochrany pr\u00edrody a pr\u00edrodn\u00fdch zdrojov (IUCN) k roku 2015 eviduje 50 druhov p\u013a\u017eov. Z toho v kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ch kriticky ohrozen\u00fdch (CR) a\u017e takmer ohrozen\u00fdch (NT) je zaraden\u00fdch a\u017e 26 druhov. Medzi hlavn\u00e9 faktory sp\u00f4sobuj\u00face tento stav, patr\u00ed degrad\u00e1cia prirodzen\u00fdch biotopov, v\u00a0ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa p\u013a\u017ee schopn\u00e9 pre\u017ei\u0165 a\u00a0rozmno\u017ei\u0165 sa.
